How does Acclipse Outsourcing work?


Quite simple actually.

Acclipse Outsourcing allow you to free your qualified accountants from the routine 'bookkeeping' tasks by isolating the account preparation, tax compliance and other routine processes.

  1. Your clients prepare information checklist   
     
  2. Your Junior Staff or Administrator scans/ collates your client's documents and attaches them to a Job Assignment  
     
  3. The Acclipse Outsourcing Team picks up the Job Assignment and starts to work  
     
  4. The Acclipse Outsourcing Team will ask the Main Contact from your firm any queries on the job (if needed)
     
  5. The Main Contact for the Job Assignment will answer any queries (if needed)
     
  6. The Acclipse Outsourcing Team completes the Job Assignment and sends to your Main Contact for review 
     
  7. Your Main Contact reviews the work, then sets up a client interview
