Getting the most out of your Training Event

Your Acclipse Training Event will be delivered using GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar.

If you have speakers connected to your computer, you can receive the audio component of the training event using voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). However, Acclipse recommends using your telephone, as this usually affords better audio quality and is often more reliable than VoIP.

It's a good idea to sign in to your training session early and ensure your audio is set up correctly. Your Acclipse Training Consultant will be available if you need any assistance at this stage.

Group Training Event

If you have registered for a group training webinar, you will be connected in listen-only mode during the training session. To participate, you can type questions into the chat pane on your GoToWebinar control panel.

One-on-one Training Event

If you have registered for a one-on-one training event, you will be expected to participate. You should use your telephone for this type of training event.
