David AH Brown FNZIM, Non Executive Chairman of Acclipse Limited has a background in a wide range of business enterprises throughout New Zealand - Including, but not limited to; Chairman of Maven International Ltd, Director of Gough Holdings Ltd, Maxnet Ltd, Amuri Corporation Limited, Mazda Motors NZ Ltd, NZ Vehicle Finance Limited, Regina Confectionery Limited, CA-Systems Ltd.

MSc (Chemistry) M.B.A (First Class Hons) Alistair's extensive background is related to the international packaging industry having worked for VISY Industries, Carter Holt Harvey and Aperio Group. His background includes large manufacturing and materials procurement, contract structuring and supply negotiation.

David G Ott B.Com CA. After working for Deloitte for 12 years in both New Zealand and England, David joined in 1995 as a Partner in Ager Riley & Cocks - a local Christchurch based Chartered Accountancy Firm providing business services to a wide range of clients.

This experience in the Chartered Accountancy Industry gives a unique perspective into Acclipse. David has served on a number of School Boards and continues to be a Trustee for a number of Charitable Trusts.

Mike's background includes several years in a chartered accounting practice, voluntary work in a Nepalese medical mission, financial controller of a medium-sized New Zealand business and one of the founders of CA-Systems. Mike considers the experience gained from growing and leading CA-Systems from a $1,200 startup to a $22 million sale to MYOB Limited as invaluable.

Bob has been involved in the Australasian software industry for over 20 years, covering many industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Professional Market and Accounting.

Prior to joining Acclipse, Bob was at SAP and Computer Associates, as well as spending time as the Managing Director of CCH Software, servicing the ANZ Tax and Accounting market, and oversaw substantial growth of the software business whilst at CCH.

Bob joined Acclipse in October 2011 as Managing Director, Australia to introduce Acclipse’s iFirm solution to local accountants.

As Chief Technology Officer Daniel is responsible for overseeing the development team, and providing a roadmap for product development.

Daniel was the first official employee of CA-Systems Ltd back in 1990. During Daniel's time with CA-Systems he was responsible for the overall technical design of Accountants Office and MYOB BankConnect.

As Marketing Manager, Rhys heads up the company's marketing initiatives - ensuring the process runs smoothly from planning through to execution.

Prior to this role, Rhys was responsible for the implementation and management of the Saasu Accounting Partner Programme across Australia and New Zealand - which attracted 550 channel partners in the first 12 months. 

Sofia has been with Acclipse for three years and is responsible for the development and performance of the Acclipse Sales Team. In this role Sofia is committed to developing a team that fully understands accountants and their needs, helping firms grow and systemise their business through the implementation of Acclipse solutions.

Before joining Acclipse, Sofia spent time in London, in a number of sales focused roles. Before that, Sofia managed the Communications Department at the Pavilion of Knowledge in Lisbon, Portugal.

Stephanie has been with Acclipse from the beginning, and continues to be committed to ensuring the smooth delivery of Acclipse products and services, while providing a level of customer service that exceeds expectations.

Prior to Acclipse, Stephanie had a variety of roles within CA-Systems and MYOB, including time as a business unit manager, product manager and National Sales Manager.
